Bedec Extra Flex Masonry Paint is a water-based, quick drying, modified acrylic blend that provides a flexible, microporous protective coating. It is perfect for the protection of exterior masonry surfaces. Will flex with the substrate where movement causes cracking in conventional masonry paint. It has the ability to stretch up to 400% of its original dry state and the elastic properties ensure you will have a smooth, flexible and long lasting finish to your exterior surfaces. It is also microporous meaning it allows the substrate to breathe easily over its lifecycle.
Bedec Extra Flex Masonry Paint can be applied to previously painted surfaces after suitable preparation. It is ideal for masonry, roughcast, pebbledash, brickwork, cladding, cement, bricks and mortar, and concrete rendered surfaces.

PREPARATION
Treat mould and mildew with Fungicidal Wash. Remove all loose, flaky or powdery residues. Porous surfaces should be treated with Stabilising Solution, allowing at least 12 hours drying before coating. Common Fletton Bricks must be dry, and should be treated as porous.
Stir thoroughly and check colour before use.
APPLICATION
Apply by brush roller or spray (use HVLP or Airless spray for best results). We recommend using the Rodo Flat Masonry Brush.
Do not apply at temperatures below 10°C or when foggy or likely to rain before the paint has dried. Two coats are recommended for optimum durability. Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying.
