Self Amalgamating Tape Black 19mm x 10m
Self amalgamating tape is a non sticky rubber tape which when stretched helps make watertight seals. Ideal for leaking pipe or waterproofing cables etc. It is suitable for joining splicing and repairing cables plastic and metallic tubes.
To use this product properly you must stretch the tape when applying. A general rule of thumb is to stretch the tape until it is half its width as you apply it to your cable or pipe.
After 24 hours the tape will have bonded itself in a strong seamless rubbery waterproof and electrically insulating solid mass with excellent weathering resistance and high dielectric strength.
